Online Registration Forms Tips
Our online registration process requires you to fill out our registration forms through our PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you've forgotten your userid or password, please fill out a Parent Portal Help request at
https://scsk12.wufoo.com/forms/powerschool-parent-portal-help/
There are a few forms that require you to upload documents, such as proof of residence. Please note some tips that will help you in this process.
- Forms are best completed on a computer by browsing to our parent portal site (sheridan.powerschool.com - no www. in the address). Forms can also be comlpeted via the mobile app. Each school office has a computer kiosk if you don't have access to a computer/internet
- The forms page within your parent portal contains two sections. NS is for students new to Sheridan Schools this year, meaning you did not attend or left SCS last year. RET/ALL section is for all students, returning and new. New students fill out the forms under NS and RET/ALL. Returning students only fill out RET/ALL section
- Brith Certificates are only required for students who are new to Sheridan Community Schools this year
- When you are uploading documents, please scan or take photos on a low resolution. File sizes must be under 10mb in size or they will not upload.
- If you are taking a photo with your phone and emailing it to yourself in order to upload, please select "Small" when the option size appears. Medium, Large and Actual size make your file larger and we do have space limitations.
- When it successfully uploads, you'll get a message saying you were successful. If you receive an error message, your file size is likely too large and will need to be saved at a smaller resolution.
