Returning Student Registration

RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION - April 10th to May 10th, 2024

Sheridan Community Schools is excited to offer online registration for returning students, streamlining the process for parents and guardians. This convenient service is accessible through our PowerSchool Parent Portal. If you haven't yet set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal account, please click the link below to fill out a short form for assistance: Parent Portal Help!


To complete the online registration process:

Login: Access your Parent Portal account at https://sheridan.powerschool.com (please note there is no "www" in the address).

Access Forms: On the left-side menu, select "FORMS." Begin with Forms B, starting with B1 Returning Student Demographics. Some fields may already be populated. If your information remains unchanged, you can proceed to submit the form. For any updates, such as address, phone number, or email, please ensure to provide the current information.

Submission: After filling out or verifying each form, click "submit."

Verification: Some forms may indicate that your information is pending verification by our office staff. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive confirmation of approval. If a form is denied for any reason, our office will contact you directly for clarification.

Sequential Forms: Upon submission of a form, you will be directed to the next required form. There are approximately 5 forms for returning students to complete.

Multiple Children: If you have more than one child enrolled, you will need to repeat this process for each child. Simply click on their names on your Parent Portal screen and access the Forms section to complete registration for each student.

Need Help?: For any assistance needed during the registration process, please submit a help desk ticket through our technology help desk.
